"I live out of a van" Elana's photos around Hobart, Australia

A TripAdvisorâ„¢ TripWow slideshow of a travel blog to Hobart, Australia by TravelPod blogger Elana titled "I live out of a van" Elana's travel blog entry: "I have been living out of a campervan for the past 3 days. This will be my life for the next week. I flew into Hobart, Tasmania after a painfull last night of drinking in the big city of Melbourne. Lauren, Krissy (her girlfriend from Canada) and I all piled into a taxi at 5 am It wasn't the most enjoyable ride but it was all worth it just to watch the sun rise while landing in Hobart. The first 3 nights, we stayed in a hostel and bummed around the city... reading in parks and walking through the botanical gardens. The city had an eastern Canadian maritime feel to it. There wasn't much to see and do in Hobart, even though it is the capital of Tasmania and the biggest city here...that doesn't say much. So, we decided to leave on the third day and hike Mount Wellington which looks over the entire city. It was about a 4 hour hike and it wasn't easy. I stopped about 30 times on the way up to take pictures which got really annoying for Lauren and Krissy but it was also a secret excuse for me to catch my breath and continue along. We went from rainforest at the bottom to dry rock land at the top. It was exhilerating and rewarding. The next day we got our campervan ...
